The apartment building is perfectly located right on the edge of the town centre, just a 4 minute walk to the harbour side cafes and restaurants, or take a stroll along the beach or cycle path to St Michaels Mount.

With the ideal proximity to Penzance Train station you can tour the County of Cornwall without the need for a car. 

You could also plan a day trip across to the Isles of Scilly. The Scillion Ferry docks within a fifteen minute walk and we also have the new helipad based in Penzance 

Penzance offers something for everyone; beaches, rock pools, coastal path walking, watersports, fishing, swimming with horses, National Trust and English Heritage sites, cream teas, pasties, restaurants and galleries. Take a walk along the sea front promenade to the popular towns of Newlyn and Mousehole, stopping at the art deco seawater lido for a dip on the way. If you prefer a beach path you can head towards ST Michaels Mount where you will find the little town of Marazion. Via a short drive, there's plenty to see and do: 5min - Marazion Beach (St. Michael’s Mount and the Giant’s Causeway) 1min - Penzance (tea shops, pasty shops, high street, seafront promenade, harbour)

5min – Isle of Scilly Travel  14min – Trencrom Hill (see all the whole panorama of the south west coastlines from the top) 16min – St. Ives (Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum, fish ‘n’ chips, ice cream, art galleries, tea rooms, boat hire from the harbour, surf lessons and seafood restaurants) 18min – Gwithian (surf beach, sand dunes, 3 miles of soft golden sand, National Trust coast path walks, seal cove) 22min – Lands End ( mainland Britain’s most south-westerly point and one of the country’s most famous landmarks, stunning views from the cliff tops) 23min – Porthcurno (beautiful beach and open air theatre carved into the cliffs) 60min – Eden Project  tropical gardens in giant biomes, named by some as the 8th wonder of the world.)

Getting here by car

Travelling by car, Allen House is a 2 minute drive from the main A30 trunk road. 

Getting to Allen House is very simple and once you have arrived there are plenty of activities in and around the surrounding area that are accessible without the use of a car.

Getting here by air

Newquay Airport is about a 50-60 minute drive to Allen House. Flights from London to Cornwall run three times a day through the summer season and flights from other locations in the UK, including Glasgow, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Manchester and Newcastle, run a minimum of twice a week. Prices will vary throughout the year.

Getting here by bus

Penzance Bus Station is approximately a 4 minute walk to Allen House. Local services operate on all routes every day during the summer season and on most routes during the winter season.
